Heyco’s Blade-Ground Pin-Blade Series (BGB and BGMT) feature three components on one reel allowing the operator to attach all three conductors at once for highly efficient “3-Up” terminating: one shot, one operator, one die.

The flat BGB/BGMT Blades are front loaded for overmolding, while the 7-Shape BGB Blades are side loaded for overmolding due to their profile. Both BGB and BGMT Blades feature a unique folded, double-seam Ground Pin design.

These blades resist dezincification as they are made from Alloy 260 Brass with a high Cu content (70%Cu, 30%Zn). They are UL recognized, CSA certified and NEMA 1-15P & 5-15P.
