SunBundler™ Cable Tie

Heyco's SunBundler Cable Tie is an extremely durable, vinyl jacketed Stainless Steel Cable Tie. The smooth vinyl jacketing prevents damage to installation cable insulation and the tin plated copper crimp sleeve provides easy field installation.

SunBundler Cable Ties feature UV protected vinyl jacket that is excellent for solar installation where product durability is required.

Constructed from Commercial Aircraft Grade Stainless wire with UV protected vinyl jacket.

HEYClip™ SunRunner™ Cable Clip

Robust “double-compression” design of the SunRunner Cable Clip securely holds from (1) 12 gauge USE-2 to (2) 10 gauge PV-1000 solar wires. It can also be used with other cables from .20˝ (5,0 mm) to .30˝ (7,6 mm) in diameter.

Heyco SunRunner clips are designed to provide a better method for PV module wire management and may be used wherever single or multiple cable management is needed. The smooth clip edges prevent damage to cable insulation and locking tabs securely fasten clips to module extrusions, or other panels.

This cable clip features generous lead-in for installation without tools and a screwdriver slot for easy removal or movement of clips if necessary. It fits module frames up to .125˝ (3,2 mm) thick and is constructed from corrosion resistant 304 stainless steel.

Heyco-Flex™ I Liquid Tite Conduit

The Heyco-Flex I Liquid Tite Conduit features a smooth inside for easier wire pulling. It has no hazardous sharp edges or burrs and will not damage conductors.

This conduit resists corrosion, abrasion, oil, water, acid, metal shavings, and rough environments, as well as abuse, pull and crushing. It is sunlight resistant and approved for direct burial.

It is suitable for indoor/outdoor use, including HVAC Equipment, Machine Tools, Marine Equipment, Motors and Controls, Printing Equipment, Pumps and Refrigeration Equipment.

Heyco®-Tite Solar Masthead® II Liquid Tight Cordgrips

Skinned-over glands in the Solar Masthead II Cordgrips offer flexibility to use from 1 to 31 of the available holes while still providing a liquid tight seal around the wire. For easy installation of conductors, external dimples indicate the presence of an underlying through channel. The Integral Sealing Ring ensures a superior seal at the clearance or threaded mounting hole location, every time.

The IP 68 rated Solar Masthead II Cordgrips provides a watertight seal for PV module output leads to inverters and accommodates USE-2 12 AWG and 10 AWG wire.

This cordgrip is designed for solar rooftop installations, with a secure input PV that leads from solar panel array strings to fuse holder hookup within solar combiner boxes. It eliminates the need for combiner box in residential rooftop solar applications when appropriate threaded adaptor is used.

UV resistant nylon construction with TPE sealing gland resists salt water, weak acids, gasoline, alcohol, oil, grease and common solvents.
