DF57H Series Connectors, Wire-to-board connectors for lighting, industrial and consumer electronics

The Hirose DF57H Series is a 1.2mm pitch, Swing Lock, Wire-to-Board connectors that have a low profile and a unique swing lock structure to provide highly reliable connections. These connectors feature a mated height of 1.4 mm and have a current capacity of up to 2.5 Amps. The DF57 series offers both a positive and friction lock for good cable pull-force resistance.

Overview
The features of the DF57H connector lends itself very well to a number of different applications that range from LED lighting to industrial and consumer electronics.

The DF57H has pin counts in 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 positions and has a contact pitch of 1.2mm. Current capacity can be as high as 2.5 amps, but this depends on pin count and wire size. Mated height is a compact 1.4mm.

One of the key points to the DF57H series is the swing lock mating feature. This feature gives both a friction and a positive lock with a tactile, click sound that assures proper and complete mating.
