Terminal Blocks to Support a Broad Range of Applications

Molex offers a variety of terminal blocks in wire-to-board and wire-to-wire configurations to support applications ranging from HVAC equipment, power supplies and data acquisition to inverters, motion and process controls and factory and building automation.

In addition to the many industry standard terminal blocks, Molex also offers a variety of unique terminal blocks. These include the Beau™ EuroMate™ which is a pluggable barrier strip; the most complete line of 600V high power PCB terminal blocks; and the Positive Locking Terminal Blocks Connection System. Molex also sells an assortment of accessories for use with its barrier terminal strips such as jumpers, marker strips and quick disconnect tabs.

ESE PCB Terminal Blocks

Fulfill your terminal block design requirements with Molex's new and extensive range of ESE PCB terminal blocks

Choose from a variety of Molex ESE (Eurostyle® Extension) PCB terminal blocks. This new product line includes pitch sizes from 3.50mm (.138") to 5.08mm (.200") and is rated at 300V, from 8.0A to 15.0A. Select from fixed (single-piece) or pluggable (two-piece) terminal blocks from circuit sizes 2 through 24 (2 to 20 for some series).

All ESE PCB terminal blocks from Molex are RoHS compliant, UL recognized. These blocks are compatible with Molex Beau terminal blocks, available in 3.50, 3.81, 5.00 and 5.08mm (.137, .150, .197 and .200") pitch sizes.

ESE PCB terminal blocks enhance Molex's existing Eurostyle terminal block offering.

EuroMax™ Pluggable High Power PCB Terminal Blocks

The EuroMax offers the benefits of a 600V high-power terminal block with the convenience of a pluggable design. EuroMax complements our existing line of fixed mount 600V high-power terminal blocks by offering users a choice of a pluggable design.

Available from 2 to 10 circuits with a wire range of 3 to 14 AWG and pluggable power of 85A @ 600V, the EuroMax is ideal for a multitude of industrial applications requiring high-power.

Stamped single piece terminals make the EuroMax cost efficient.

EuroMax meets or exceeds all industry standards and its convenient pluggable design allows for easy repair and service in the field. It is available as pictured or with retention screws and inserts for added board retention security.

Beau™ Barrier Strips

Beau barrier strips provide the solution to your wiring needs. With the variety of screw, terminal and mounting options available, you can find the barrier strip that best fits your application while reducing assembly costs and improving interconnect performance.

Barrier strips accept either bare or terminated wires. A full complement of solder tabs, jumpers and quick connects are also available. Whether you need a board mounted style, or a feed-through wire-to-wire style, Molex has what you are looking for.
