Press Release For Immediate Release
NEW, HIGH QUALITY, RUGGED, EURO-STYLE TERMINAL BLOCKS
OPTIMIZE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD CONNECTIONS
Bolingbrook, Ill. Pancon has announced that it is marketing a new
line of extremely high quality, rugged Euro-style "Elettro GiBi"
terminal blocks especially designed to reliably connect a wide variety of
circuits to printed circuit boards.
Pancons new board-level Elettro GiBi terminal blocks feature
guaranteed optimum mechanical and electrical connection without damage to
conductors. These interconnect solutions may be wired and rewired several times
without compromising the design. Screws are captive and are supplied unscrewed
for faster and easier termination. In addition, the design prevents transmission
of screw torque to the soldered pins.
The line features both single and pluggable versions. Pitch spacings are
available in 3.81, 5.0, 5.08, 7.5, 7.62, 10.0, and 10.16 mm. The designs conform
to industry standard dimensions, pitches, and PCB hole sizes. The new units are
made of polyamide 6.6 in self-extinguishing UL94VO rated material.
Pancons Elettro GiBi products are offered in rising cage clamp,
spring, and screw connection wire terminations. Other configurations include
multi-level, angled wire entry, and low- and high-profile versions. For more
